In July 2022 IDEAS donated a large supply of different medicines, and accessories, to Ward 01 which is a multi-disciplinary unit serving children suffering from a range of illnesses. Thereafter, a modern printer, printing paper and a pediatric blood pressure monitor were donated to the Cardiology section.
Several months later, in December 2023, when there was a severe shortage of life saving medicines in Ward 01, IDEAS donated a large quantity of these along with a supply of several other medicines. We are grateful to the doctors, nurses and other staff of Lady Ridgeway Hospital for their sterling services towards wellbeing of children of Sri Lanka.
